I offer mediation work for charities with internal disputes (ie between trustees, between recipients of charitable work and charities, in faith communities) at reduced rates, with some pro bono work available. Please email for further details and rates.
For disputes of £5,000 or less
- £75 + VAT per party – Up to a 1 hour mediation via Zoom
- £125 + VAT per party – Up to a 2 hour mediation via Zoom
- £100 + VAT per party – For each additional hour
For disputes of between £5,000 – £15,000
- £320 + VAT per party – Up to a 3 hour mediation via Zoom or in person (plus any travel costs incurred)
- £100 + VAT per party – For each additional hour
For disputes of between £15,000 – £50,000
- £445 + VAT per party – Up to a 4 hour mediation via Zoom or in person (plus any travel costs incurred)
- £100 + VAT per party – For each additional hour
Please get in touch for longer mediated sessions, or for fees of disputes regarding amounts/shares of over £50,000.
There is no charge for an initial consultation via email or phone.
